We never collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or bank login. All payments are handled entirely by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment aggregator (Razorpay) — that information never touches our servers.
What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, company, and the message you send us.
- Purchase data: name, email, billing details needed to process an order, and your order history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.
Why we collect it
Contact data is used to respond to your inquiry. Purchase data is used to fulfil your order, provide access to what you bought, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Technical data is used to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Legal basis
We process your data because it's necessary to perform a contract with you (fulfilling an order), to respond to a request you made (the contact form), or with your consent where required.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this site: our payment aggregator, our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and our analytics provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We retain purchase records for as long as needed to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and contact form submissions until your inquiry is resolved plus a reasonable follow-up period.
Security
We restrict access to personal data to what each system actually needs, encrypt data in transit, and never expose purchased files at a permanent public URL.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent where we rely on it, by emailing info@rasainfocom.com.
Cookies
We don't currently set any cookies beyond what's strictly necessary for the site to function — no advertising or tracking cookies are in use.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
