1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by RASA INFOCOM, a partnership firm trading as RASA Infocom, registered at Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of this website and any digital product you buy through it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to buy anything on this site.
3. What a digital product purchase includes
A digital product purchase gets you the described file and nothing implied beyond it — it does not include support, future updates, or consulting time, unless the product page states otherwise.
4. License
We grant you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use a purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share the download link or file with anyone who hasn't purchased it themselves.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our digital products — including text, checklists, and design — remains the property of RASA INFOCOM.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in INR and may change without notice. Payments are processed by a third-party payment aggregator — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
7. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Service engagements
Security audit, infrastructure, and advisory engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer this site or our products, scrape it in an automated way, or attempt to bypass payment.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Our security guidance, checklists, and advisory are informational. You remain responsible for your own systems, decisions, and environment — following our material doesn't guarantee any particular security outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a digital product is capped at the amount you paid for that product.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site or our products, or your breach of these terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or revoke your access to this site or a purchased product if you breach these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
